- The FCP at National Bal Bhawan was commissioned in the year 2019. It was inaugurated by the then Union Minister for HRD Ministry Shri Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank and the then CAS Air Chief Marshal BS Dhanoa. It is located at Kotla Road, New Delhi-110002. It is open every week from Tuesday to Saturday.Its location is as given below
